Heckaman Homes recognizes that our expertise is in the manufacture, delivery, set, finish and service of modular homes. In order to provide other necessary requirements, local construction services are needed.
To insure the home buyer is obtaining everything necessary to complete their home, we only sell through experienced and qualified local Builder Representatives. Our Builder Representatives provide the following: Experience:
Knowledge of tasks necessary for a successful process from start to finish.
Assistance:
Able to aid in floor plan and option selections that best meet the home buyer's needs.
Financing Support:
Knowledge of various details required by financial institutions.
Sub-Contractors:
Aware of contacts for excavating, foundation, plumbing, electrical, heating, concrete flatwork, and water/septic systems.
Local Permits:
Will obtain necessary building and sanitary permits while conforming to local requirements and covenants.
Site Support:
Must provide any special equipment, such as a bulldozer, that is needed for site conditions.
Legal Requirements:
Meet state requirements that apply: Michigan for example requires that site work for new homes be done by a licensed builder.
Service:
Provide service support or assistance in scheduling service to be done by Heckaman Homes.
