CHOOSE YOUR STYLE OF HOME

Heckaman Homes entered the modular home market over 40 years ago when there became an interest in building a product that included quality control, name brand materials, design flexibility, and moderate prices. In a time when the American dream of affordable quality housing is becoming more difficult to obtain, modular housing is a practical solution to making this dream a reality.

Advantages of Heckaman Homes:

Over 80 Different Floor Plans Available

Timely Completions:
Building our houses in a controlled environment eliminates unpredictable delays. Typically, homes are set on the foundation and finished in less time than a contractor would need to complete a site built home.

Cost Saving:
Financing interest costs are reduced due to the timely manner in which our homes are built, delivered, and set on the foundation.

No Weathering of Materials:
The homes are constructed in a controlled environment protecting them from inclement weather and other potential on-site hazards such as theft, vandalism, and material damage.

Quality:
Construction by trained craftsman, quality-control personnel, and independent third party inspectors monitoring each stage of the construction process.

Site Installation:
Heckaman Homes provides quality services throughout completion of the homes. All of the houses are delivered and set by trained factory drivers, in company trucks, not contracted drivers. Full-time service and finish crews are also available as needed by each Builder Representative.
